Individual Programs designed by our Certified Trainers to help you reach YOUR goals

If you are looking to lose weight, gain strength or simply get into better shape but don't know where to start or you aren't getting the results you deserve, let us help!  Working with our Personal Trainers is one of the most successful ways to improve your health and fitness.  They will help you achieve a level of physical conditioning and an overall sense of well-being through customized workouts that will help you achieve your personal goals.  We are there with the support you need to succeed.

We offer Individual, Partner and Group Training Packages

Group Training at the Mountain

Join a group for training at the Mountain.  Working hard is more fun when you are doing it together.  This is a great way to get the training you need to make a difference and share the cost. 

Each group will be 3-6 participants and they will meet 2 times a week.  Bring your own group to a trainer or let one of the trainers know that you would like to join a group and we will help you find others to train with.  Think “outside the box”  with this training.  12 sessions are $360

Fresh Start Training Options

Individual Training: train one on one at your appointment time.

Partner Training: schedule sessions with a trainer and your partner to share the cost of training.

Group Training: Monday-Saturday at 10am, Monday-Thursday at 6pm for $20 a time after enrollment, first come basis.

Athlete Training

Athlete Training is available, individually, as a group, or as a team.  We  offer specialized training programs, geared toward specific fitness goals and levels.  Types of programs are: Functional Training and S.A.Q. (speed, agility, quickness).  Team training will be geared toward sport specific movements and injury prevention.

Meet our Trainers
Marc Anderson - certified trainer and owner.
Suzzanna  Griffin - certified trainer, former British nanny. Suzzanna has a personal story of triumph from teenage athlete to obese young adult to fit at forty.  She is wonderful with young people and has "been there, done that" for those of us with more life experience.
DJ Kazmiercak- certified trainer, fitness instructor.  DJ will work with you to reach your goals.
