I recently went to the doctors office for my yearly physical and I had him repeat the results several times because I could not believe what I was hearing.My blood pressure along with other tests were all normal for the first time in many years. I could not have achieved all of this without all of your help. Thanks again.

Marc – I wanted to send a quick note as affirmation that what you do makes a difference.  14 months ago, I walked into your place at 5’7” and over 242lbs looking for some assistance.  During the first workout with the trainer, I threw up after 20 pushups and 15 air squats.  I used your trainers, your nutritionist and your classes.  This morning, I weighed in at less than 191lbs.  I’ve gotten rid of over 50lbs and have completed your 3 hour GoRucks, a Spartan Sprint and a heckuva lot of whatever you throw at us on Sunday morning. 


It has been a journey and is good to not only weigh less, but be more physically capable.  I sleep better, feel better and am generally in a better mood.  It has been a life-change for me and I couldn’t have done it without the support from the MIF crew.  MIF has become an extension of our home for both me and my wife. Thanks for doing what you do!
